深圳市联成远洋渔业有限公司（简称：联成远洋）成立于年9月，并于年12月升级组建成立深圳市联成远洋渔业集团。联成远洋在国内外拥有以下全资或控股子公司：深圳市华南渔业有限公司、联成远洋渔业（密克罗尼西亚）有限公司、华南渔业（库克群岛）有限公司、华南渔业（萨摩亚）有限公司、深圳市联美商贸有限责任公司、深圳市联华种苗有限公司、美国塞班南美白对虾有限公司。集团目前拥有多名员工。
联成远洋是“深圳市重点农业龙头企业”和“广东省重点农业龙头企业”，具有农业农村部颁发的“远洋渔业企业资格”。
联成远洋是国内首家通过ISO质量管理体系认证的远洋渔业公司，也是首家获得了长鳍金枪鱼、*鳍金枪鱼和大目金枪鱼MSC认证的远洋渔业公司。
